Refund policy

As all items are produced to order (print on demand), we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for sizing issues, change of mind, or ordering errors.

If there is a problem with your order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence. Eligible issues will be resolved with a replacement or refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
